How Much Is It to Attend?
Your cost depends on the site type selected (see Camping Area Map below)
All tickets include your rally fee plus 3 nights of camping (Thursday, Friday and Saturday night), two catered meals, games, entertainment and loads of fun!
- Back-in, Back-to-Back, or Shorter Pull-Thru Sites with full hookups: $160
- Long Pull-Thru Sites with full hookups: $190
- Solar/Generator Sites: $130 (water fill station and on-site sewer dump available at no charge)
- Offsite Stay: $70; includes your rally fee ONLY

Please Note: Sites WILL be assigned right before the rally starts. You do have the option of selecting what Section you want to be in. This is different than last year. If you want to be parked next to someone in particular, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
You may add additional nights of camping (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Sunday) during the registration process. You will select which additional nights you need after your select your site type. Please do not arrive before Monday, July 3rd. There are other events happening the weekend before our rally begins. Early arrivals may be asked to move to accommodate handicap accessible parking. Additional nights outside of our rally week can be booked via the Chelan County Expo Center's online reservation system. You may be asked to change sites to accommodate other events .
This is NOT resort camping. This is fairgrounds camping. You will not have shade trees but you will have grass. You might not have full hookups but you will have fun and meet some really great people which is what a rally is all about!
We encourage you to stay after the rally is over to explore the Wenatchee River Valley area from Leavenworth to Wenatchee. You are also only an hour from Chelan. There is plenty to see and do in this area.
What Will We Do At The Rally?
The Rally will officially kick off with the opening ceremony at 9:00 a.m. Thursday, July 6th, and end Saturday night, July 8th.
We will have seminars, vendor displays, group activities, FUN, group meals, craft show and sale, RV open house, FUN, exhibitions, entertainment and games, evening socializing, prize giveaways and yes, more FUN!

Please be prepared to have your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on hand as it is required to register.
Due to Washington state laws, we are required to collect sales tax for this event. Our rally will pay for all camping fees directly to the Expo Center at the start of the rally.
There will be no refunds after June 6, 2023, unless the wagonmasters can fill your site.
