Some people are under the impression that the Grand Design Service Response Team techs (SRTs) at rallies will repair any and everything that is wrong on your unit. Please take a few minutes to correct that misconception by reading the letter from Connie Begly, Grand Design's Director of Regional Rallies. The SRT's focus is on Recalls, Emergency Repairs or Safety Concerns. There will be a Tech Talk following opening ceremonies as well as a daily "Trailer Talk" later in the afternoons where you can do a Q&A session with the SRT.
Please note that the repairs done at the National Rally are different and there are limits that apply.
